No room in the cyberworld

A survey conducted by the European Commission across Europe has revealed that just 17percent of organizations and institutions have upgraded to IPv6. And that means there would be a shortage of IP addresses in few years(probably next year).
Transition to IPv6 involves the purchase of new networking equipments and support has already been built into Windows and Mac computers.
The effect of this “no room” condition is :
* Internet speeds would drop
* New connections would be expensive or simply impossible to obtain.
